This policy covers the booking request form on this website for OUTONSPACE Studios, Norman, Oklahoma.
What we collect
When you send a session request we collect your name or artist name, email address, phone number, the session and project details you provide. If your session is approved, we also collect the payment status and reference for your deposit. We do not collect or store full card details.
Why we use it
To respond to booking requests, schedule and prepare sessions, process deposits, communicate with you about your session, and maintain ordinary business records.
Payments
Deposit payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card details separately under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive only the payment status and reference.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Details are shared only with the services we use to run bookings, including our email delivery provider, database and hosting provider, and Stripe for payments, or where required by law.
Retention and security
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for scheduling, payment records, and business record-keeping. Access to booking information is limited to studio administrators, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your requests
